Valuing companies is like a craft and can be learned by doing, as there is no general receipt how to value a company correctly. In this talk I will try to give you some basic ideas how to approach the valuation of a company.

We will talk about income statements, balance sheets and cash flow statements as well as how we can use information reported there.
